Alexandros K Tziranis is the author of The Purpose Seekers. 

Alexandros studied Mechanical Engineering and Finance at MIT in the United States before building an international career across the USA, Europe, and the MENA region. He worked with a range of companies in different industries, gaining hands-on experience in business development, operations, and leadership across diverse cultural and market contexts. This global perspective laid the foundation for his transition into coaching and advisory work, where he now helps founders and leaders navigate growth and transformation.

He is also a Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), trained under Robert Dilts himself, and today serves as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs, founders, and business leaders worldwide. With more than 35 years of experience, Alexandros has built a unique career that blends coaching, advisory, and business scaling across multiple industries.

Coached and advised 75+ founders and executives globally, delivering over 2,000 hours of client sessions in the past couple of years alone.

Specialized in helping founders align their identity, business purpose, and growth strategy, using his proprietary Multi-Modal Perspective Matrix framework, rooted in NLP techniques.

Worked with factories for Food & Beverage producers worldwide, with expertise in fruit processing, food ingredients and IQF.

As an author. with his recent book, “The Purpose Seekers: Align Yourself and Your Business with Purpose”, explores the intersection of life, leadership, and business through the lens of purpose, offering insights and personal stories for entrepreneurs and young founders who want to create impact-driven ventures.

In addition to his private coaching practice, Alexandros’ passion lies in helping people break through limiting beliefs, reframe challenges, and unlock their full potential; whether in building companies, scaling impact, or transforming their personal lives.
